紫外分光光度法测定元胡生品与醋制品的重金属含量

Determination of Heavy Metals in Corydalis Yanhusuo.W.T. Wang and its acetic acid Procession by UV Method

目的 :建立元胡生品和醋制品中的重金属含量测定方法。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法 ,分析波长为 2 14nm。结果 :生元胡重金属含量为 140 .10 μg/ g ,醋制元胡为 2 9.15 μg/ g ,线性范围 0～ 5 0 μg ,平均加样回收率为 10 0 .75 %。 结论 :本法简便、快速、可靠、重现性好 。

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method to determine the contents of heavy metals in Corydalis Yanhusuo. W.T. Wang. METHOD:The Sample was assayed by UV method. The detection wavelength was 214nm. RESULTS:The heavy metals in Corydalis yanhusuo.W.T.Wang was 140.10μg/g , and the acitic acid proccession was 29.15μg/g. The linear range of the calibration curve was 0～50μg, and the average recovery was 100.75%. CONCLUSION:The method is simple?rapid ?relible and has good reproducibility, and can determine the contents of most heavy metals in Chinese traolitional medecine.
