高效液相色谱法测定硝酸咪康唑栓的含量

Determination of Miconazole in Miconazole Suppository by HPLC

目的 :建立一种用高效液相色谱法检测栓剂中硝酸咪康唑含量的方法。方法 :高效液相色谱法 ,采用ODS柱 ,流动相为甲醇 - 0 .1%醋酸 (98:2 ) ,检测波长为 2 30nm。结果 :咪康唑在 4.0 4～ 2 0 2 .0ug .ml 1(r =0 .9996 )浓度范围内呈良好线性关系。平均加样回收率和相对标准偏差 (RSD)为 (99.36± 0 .83) %。结论 :此法简便、快速、准确。

OBJECTIVE:To establish a determination method for miconazole in miconazole suppository. METHOD:RP-HPLC was applied with a C18 column and the mobile phase of -methanol 0.1%acetic acid(98:2) at the UV detection wave length of 230nm. RESULTS:The liner response range from 4.04ug.ml -1～202.O ug.ml -1(r=0.9996). The mean recoverise and RSD uas(99.36±0.83)%.CONCLUSION:The method is simple,Sensitivea and suitable for the deter-mination of the miconazole suppository.
