摘要
目的:用免疫层析金标法测定甲胎蛋白(AFP)浓度,观察其临床适用性。方法:应用AFP金标试条在SC-1金标试条智能测定仪上对102例血清样本进行AFP测定,并与电化学发光免疫测定仪测定结果对比。结果:两种方法测定结果相关性良好,相关系数γ=0.984,两测定值的比值为0.990;其直线回归方程Y=3.391+0.990X。且经自身对照计量比较的t检验得d=1.9015ng/mL,t=1.122,P=0.264>0.05。结论:用免疫层析金标法定量AFP有临床应用价值。
Objective: To study the applicability of using colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay to determine alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) concentration in order to diagnosis inborn defect. Methods: The AFP concentration in 120 serum samples were determined by using AFP gold labeled strip. The results were compared with the results of Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay (ECLI). Result: The corresponding rate of both tests was 98. 4%, the ratio was 0. 990. The linear regression equation was Y = 3. 391 + 0. 990X. The result of self-control t test was d = l. 9015 ng/mL, t=1. 122,P = 0. 264 (P>0. 05). Conclusion: Colloidal Gold Immunochromatographic Assay is a reliable assay for detecting Alpha-fetoprotein.
