摘要
对检测脂肪酶活力的实验方法迸行了研究。对检测脂肪酶活力的底物选择、底物乳化方法、检测方法等进行了比较。
The assay methods of lipase activity were studied in this paper. The comparison and selection of conditions on reaction substrate, its form and detective methods were carried out.
