摘要
海藻糖是一种非还原性双糖,它具有更显著的生物活性物质保护效果,在生物学领域具有极重要的应用价值。目前对它这种保护作用的机理研究主要集中在研究其物理化学性质以及它与蛋白质和细胞生物膜的相互作用。由此,人们提出了一些假说。诸如“水替代学说”“玻璃态学说”“优先排阻学说”等。文章对此进行了综述。
Trehalose is a kind of non-reducing disaccaride. It shows greater biopreservation effect on the biomaterials than the other disaccarides, which makes it great valuable in the area of biotechnology. Studies of stabilization mechanism concentrate on its special physiochemical characteristics and interaction with active proteins and cell membrane. Some hypothesis have been presented based on these explanations like 'water replacement ''glass transition' and' preferential excluding'. The article gives a summerize on it.
