摘要
研究了反应型不抽出防老剂NAPM在丁腈橡胶中的防老化性能 ,并与防老剂OD、40 1 0NA、M、ND PA、RD、MB进行了对比。结果表明 ,在 1 # 煤油、1 0 # 滑油及 1 5 0℃× 1 2 0h热空气老化中 ,防老剂NAPM性能最好。将它用于耐变压器油抽出、抗迁移污染的胶料中 ,制得了符合HG/T2 887 97的变压器用橡胶材料。用NAPM制出聚合稳定丁腈橡胶。
The age resistance property of reactive non extractable antioxidant NAPM in SBR was researched,and the comparison to antioxidant OD,4010NA,M,NDPA,RD and MB was made The results showed that the property of antioxidant NAPM was best after soaking in kerosene 1 # and lubricant 10 #,and after being aged at 150℃ hot air for 120 hours
