摘要
分析了应用于电容器行业中橡胶塞和橡胶复合盖板的国内现状 ,通过实验对比了国内外产品的差距 ,分析了进口和国产板材的logR -T曲线图。指出了应用于电容器行业的橡胶制品的要求 ,主要是提高橡胶塞的耐高温、耐热老化性能 ,提高橡胶复合盖板在高温下的绝缘性。
The domestic situation of rubber plugs and composite rubber boards for capacitors industry was analyzed. The domestic and imported rubber products were contrasted by the test. The plots of log R-T of domestic and imported plats were analyzed. The requirements of rubber products for capacitors were pointed out. The main work what have been done was to improve heat properties and age resistance of the plugs to increase the insulation of the plats at high temperature.
