This paper describes the structure o f renewable energy and its developme nt in our country.It is shown that the constru ction of rural renewable energy is a c omprehensive system engineering.Active investment fro m the state,corporation and peasant ry is required to achieve the cooperative development of energy,economy and surroundings,to motivate and carry out 'The Plan of Enriching People of Ecolo gical Homestead.
