Capacity expansion of 1-butylene unit in plastic plant

针对乙烯裂解后粗丁烯产量增加 ,1 丁烯装置生产能力明显不足 ,提出了 1 丁烯装置增产扩能方案并加以实施 ,使装置的生产能力由 760 0t/a扩能至 1 80 0 0t/a,同时可副产高纯度异丁烷产品。

Capacity expansion scheme of 1-butylene unit was designed and put into effect under the pressure of increasing crude butylene from ethylene cracker and insufficient capacity of original 1-butylene unit. Throngh the technical reformation, the production capacity of the unit has been improved from 7600 t/a to 18000 t/a, and high purity isobutane can be produced at the same time.
