摘要
介绍了一种新型低密度水泥浆DLS,分析了该水泥浆外加剂的组成及作用机理,并在室内对水泥浆进行了各项性能测试。结果表明,DLS水泥浆密度可控制在1.50—1.65g/cm^3范围,而且稳定性能好,适用于易发生井漏的固井施工;滤失量较低,且结构致密,抗窜压差大,有利于防止和控制气侵发生;具有较高的抗压强度和较好的流动性,稠化时间可调,能满足固井施工要求。在大庆外围油田现场应用表明,DLS水泥浆能够提高固井质量。
The paper introduces low-density cement sluury DLS and analyses the combination and function mechanism of the cementing additive and tests the properties of the slurry in lab. The results showed that the density of DLS slurry may be controlled in 1. 50 to 1. 65 g/ cm3. The slurry has well stability, low fluid loss, strong structure, high anti-differential of pressure, high strength, good flowability. adjustable thickening time, and satisfies and adapts to cement operation in easily loss circulation. Application in Daqing Oilfield outside section shows that DLS slurry can improve the cementing quality.
