辽河油田侧钻水平井钻井液技术

摘要 针对辽河油田稠油储层特点、侧钻水平井施工工艺及其对钻井液技术的要求,研究出一套无土相复合盐水乳化聚合物钻井液。该钻井液配制、维护简便,性能稳定,较好地解决了φ177.8mm套管开窗侧钻水平井从锻铣段至水平段完井过程中的携岩、润滑、防塌、油层保护等问题,满足了现场施工要求,是目前辽河油田侧钻水平井较理想的钻井液体系。 The free-bentonite combining with brine emulsifi-cation polymer drilling fluid are researched in the light of the requirement of heavy oil reservior property, sidetrack horizontal well and drilling fluid technology in Liaohe oilfield. This drilling fluid with easily made,simple maintainence.stable property solves the problems of cutting carrying, lubricating, anti-sloughing, the reduction of formation damage which the window is cut in the 177, 8 mm casing and sidetrackedoperation for drilling horizo-tal well from window to completing horizotal section. At present, it is a better drilling system for drilling horizontal well in Liaohe oilfield and satisfies for operating on the wellsite.
