摘要
在室内合成了一种阴、阳、非复合离子型多元共聚物正电胶钻井液降滤失剂JHG。JHG的性能评价结果表明,JHG在淡水钻井液和正电胶钻井液中均具有很好的降滤失性能,与正电胶钻井液的配伍性能好,具有很好的抗盐、抗钙和抗温性能。当JHG加量为1.0%时,抗盐可达饱和,抗钙在2000 mg/L以上,抗温在150℃以上。JHG不仅能作为正电胶钻井液的降滤失剂,还可作为淡水钻井液、盐水(或饱和盐水)钻井液及深井钻井液的降滤失剂,具有较好的应用前景。
A complex ion copolymer, JHG , containing negative and positive ionic and nonionic group is synthesized by means of aqueous solution polymerization. Tests indicated that it is an effective filtrate reducer compatible with MMH drilling fluid. Other special points are good salt-resisting and calcium-resisting properties and suitable for using in a high temperature of at least 150℃. It could also be used in other drilling fluid systems such as salt or saturated brine drilling fluid and drilling fluid for deep well drilling.
