摘要 膨润土在海水中不易造浆,给海洋钻井带来极大的困难。研究了纯碱(Na_2CO_3)、烧碱(NaOH)、高粘羧甲基纤维素钠盐(HV-CMC)、聚阴离子纤维素(PAC)、生物聚合物(XC)等处理剂对海水配浆性能的影响,发现海水配浆的关键不在于对海水的预处理,而在于高分子聚合物增粘剂的加入。为此,研制了一种HS-海水造浆粉,该造浆粉在渤海湾海域225口井进行现场应用,结果表明,使用HS-海水造浆粉配制的海水钻井液粘度、切力和滤失量均可满足钻井施工的需要,具有一定的经济效益。 Mud making property of bentonite in seawater is poor due to its low hydration and dispersion capacity in seawater. Study and comparison were conducted to determine the influence of mud additives on the preparation of bentonite drilling fluid using Na2CO3, NaOH and viscosifiers as HV-CMC, PAC and xanthan. It concluded that pre-treatment to the seawater does little benefits, while adding macromolecular polymer viscosifiers could greatly improve the performance of seawater drilling fluid. A kind of viscosifier based additive, HS powder for drilling fluid preparation using seawater was made and applied in Bohai Bay, the result was satisfactory.
