摘要
稀释剂TX具有两大特性:一是具有抑制粘土分散的聚合物特性,二是在高矿化度、高固相含量、高温条件下能显著降低钻井液粘度和切力的特性。通过与国内外部分先进稀释剂的对比,评价了TX的流变性能、抗温性、抗盐膏污染能力和抑制性。结果表明,TX能显著降低水基钻井液的粘度和切力,具有较强的抗盐膏污染能力,能有效地抑制粘土分散,抗温在240℃以上,并有利于井壁稳定和提高钻速,适用于高温、高矿化度、高固相含量及各种复杂地质条件。TX加入钻井液的最佳方式为,首先与碱按3:1的比例配成浓度为20%的溶液,然后以溶液的形式加入钻井液中。
Thinners are frequently used in high density drilling fluid for deep well drilling, yet it is difficult for the conventional thinners to condition the high weight drilling fluid on field. A kind of new thinner TX was evaluated on its rheology, inhibition, temperature and slat resistance. The two characteristics were determined as clay dispersion inhibition, reduction of viscosity and shearing force in high salinity, high temperature and high solid content conditions. Tests showed that the additive could also improve well stability and ROP; The field mixing was described.
