摘要
HALDA-1井是英国凯恩能源公司(Cairn Energg PLC)部署在孟加拉国15区块上的一口深探井,井深4519.7m,井斜大,地层压力系数高,施工难度大。介绍了为获得优良的钻井液性能,在不同井段(不同钻井液密度井段)采取的固相控制技术,即运用三级固控系统,对钻井全过程进行固相控制,这是目前国际固相控制技术现状。并分析了固相控制效果。
HALDA-1 is a deep exploration well drilled on the 15th block of Bangladesh, with total depth of 4519. 7 m, maximum inclination of 34. 8°, and horizontal displacement of 600. 88 m, advanced solid control technologies were employed. In the interval from surface to 1, 000 m, three stage solid control system was used , and four stage system was used the depth below. Perfect solid control optimized drilling fluid performance, minimized mechanical damage on pumps, and at the same time the reservoir was well reserved.
