摘要
本文以脉冲Nd:YAG激光机加工Al_2O_3+TiC复合陶瓷及破纤维复合材料的试验结果为基础,研究激光加工此类高性能复合材料的工艺与机理特点。研究表明,激光脉冲参数存在优化极值点,而且脉冲激光加工复合材料的机理、效率及加工质量等有其特点,本文通过扫描电镜显微分析揭示了其中某些特殊规律。
Based on the experimental results of pulsed Nd: YAG laser machining of Al_2O_3+TiC composite ceramics and carbon fibre composite, this paper studies the characteristics of the process and the mechanisms of laser machining of the high-performance composites. It is found out that there exist optimal values in the choice of laser pulse parameters. SEM analysis exposes the mechanisms of removal and some special micro-defects.
