The hammer tone-forming mechanism of powder coatings is different from that of solvent-based paint. This article has described the formulation, manufacture process and application technology of hammer tone powder coatings, and discussed the influences of hammer tone additive, hammer tone agent, metallic pigments, pigments, fillers, application technology, etc. on the appearance and performance of the coatings film.
