摘要
在常压热天平上以等温法来研究神府煤焦 - CO2 气化反应 ,并用多种方法来求算动力学参数 ,实验结果表明 :随气化反应温度增加 ,煤焦炭转化率明显增加 ;不同反应温度下 ,煤焦 - CO2气化反应在 1 2 0 0℃以下为动力学控制阶段 ,1 2 0 0℃以上逐步过渡到扩散控制 。
The isothermal thermogravimetry was applied to the char CO 2 reaction kinetics study.The gasification temperatures are in the range of 930 1 330 ℃,In this paper,kinetics parameters were calculated and discussed in detail.The result showed that the apparent activation energy of the gasification reaction temperature above 1 200 ℃ is much higher than that of gasification reaction temperature below 1 200 ℃.That means that the reaction mechanisms of Shenfu char CO 2 were varied from kinetics controlling to diffusion controlling when the temperature was above 1 200 ℃.Another conclusion was drawn that reaction series have the liner relationship with char CO 2 gasification temperatures.
