Grouting reinforcement design and construction of old roads

本文根据多条路的注浆设计、施工,对注浆压力及注浆时间提出“低压慢渗”原则,同时对注浆施工成孔、孔口封口处理、喷枪配重、一泵多注等施工工艺进行革新,加快施工进度,提高工作效率,保证注浆质量。

On the base of the experience in design and construction on several roads, this paper proposes a principle named 'lower pressure and slower penetration' which is applied for the grouting pressure and the period of grouting, discusses a series of construction technics such as 'forming the hole with grouting', 'dealing with the sealing of the hole'', 'proper weight of grouting apparatus', 'one pump and several grouting', and bring forward some renovations. These renovations are useful to speed construction and boost working efficiency, ensures the grouting quality at the same time.
