摘要
本文研究了dl-2,3,5,6-四氢-6-苯基咪唑[2,1b]噻唑在KCl水溶液中普通极谱滴汞电极上的极谱催化波。由催化波的催化电流与催化剂四咪噻唑的浓度、外加电势、介质酸度、汞柱高度、时间和动物胶浓度之间的关系以及毛细管曲线特性等,得知此极谱催化波为非缓冲表面反应的不可逆催化氢波,并提出一种解释此极谱催化氢波的机理。
The catalytic polarographic hydrogen wave of d1-2, 3, 5, 6-tetrahydro-6-phenylimidazo(2,1b)thiazole was investigated in potassium chloride solution. The effects of concentration of catalyst,acidity of medium,height of mercury column, concentration of gelatin etc. on catalyst current were studied. A mechanism of irreversible non-buffered surface catalytic hydrogen wave was proposed to explain the polarographic electrode reaction.
