摘要
利用合成的α-二亚胺钯配合物作为催化剂,在四(3,5-二(三氟甲基)苯基)硼酸钠活化下催化乙烯气相配位聚合,并对所得聚合物样品进行力学性能测试。本实验涵盖了有机配体合成、金属催化剂合成、高分子材料合成和力学性能测试等4方面的内容,并且能观察到"气体变材料"的有趣现象,在激发学生学习兴趣的同时能够全面提高学生的实验技能。
Theα-diimine palladium complex has been synthesized and investigated as precatalyst for ethylene gas-phase polymerization in the presence of tetrakis(3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)borate(NaBArF),and the mechanical properties of the obtained polymer sample was tested.This experiment covers four aspects of ligand synthesis,metal-based catalyst synthesis,polymer synthesis and its mechanical property test,and very interestingly,'gas to material'can be observed,which can stimulate students’interests in learning polymer science and also improve their experimental skills.
