摘要
通过紫外-可见吸收光谱,1H NMR,2DNOESY和理论计算,研究了葫芦[7]脲(CB[7])和甲氨蝶呤(MTX)的相互作用。实验结果表明MTX和CB[7]形成1∶2的包合物,据此提出了一个简单、灵敏的MTX的荧光检测方法。检测MTX的线性范围为0.2~15μg·mL-1,检测限为0.06μg·mL-1。方法成功用于加标血样中的MTX检测。
The supramolecular interaction between cucurbit[7]uril(CB[7])and methotrexate(MTX)was studied by UV-Vis absorption spectra,1H NMR,2D NOESY,and theoretical calculations.The experimental results confirmed the formation of 1∶2inclusion complexes with CB[7],and was proposed a simple and sensitive competitive method for fluorescence detection of MTX was proposed.A linear range obtained for the detection of MTX was 0.2-15μg·mL-1 with a detection limit of 0.06μg·mL-1.This method can be used for the determination of methotrexate in spiked blood sample.
