摘要
纳米粒子具有独特的物理化学性质,近年来已被广泛应用于诸多领域。然而纳米粒子的大量使用导致其在制备、应用和处理过程中不可避免地会被释放到环境中,对有机体和人类产生潜在危害。环境样品中纳米粒子的分析对于环境污染物监测和纳米粒子的生物安全性研究具有重要的现实意义。场流分离法(FFF)是一种类似于色谱的分离方法,具有操作简单、分析速度快、成本低、选择性好和分辨率高等优点,可用于纳米粒子及相应离子的分离。本文对FFF的基本原理、装置组成、操作模式等进行了综述,详细介绍了FFF与不同检测器的联用及其在纳米粒子分析中的研究现状,并对其在环境中的纳米粒子分析领域的发展进行了展望。
Nanoparticles have been widely used in many fields because of their unique physical and chemical properties.Accordingly,large amount of nanoparticles has been inevitably released into the environment during the preparation,application and treatment process,causing potential harm to human beings.Therefore,the analysis of nanoparticles in environmental samples is of great significance for environmental pollution monitoring and health risk assessment.As a separation method similar to chromatography,field flow fractionation(FFF)has the advantages of simple operation,fast analysis,low cost,high selectivity and resolution,and can be used for the separation of nanoparticles and corresponding ions.Herein,the separation scheme/device,operation mode of FFF are reviewed,with the emphasis on the combination of FFF with various detectors and their application in analysis of nanoparticles;the prospect of FFF in nanoparticles analysis is also discussed.
