摘要
在pH=9.34的碱性溶液介质中,氨曲南(ATN)与维多利亚蓝B(VIB)反应生成蓝色离子缔合物,使共振光散射(RLS)显著增强并产新的RLS光谱,在最大散射峰370nm处,ATN的质量浓度在0.003~0.52mg/L范围内与体系的RLS增强强度ΔIRLS呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.0023mg/L。还研究了ATN与VIB的共振光散射光谱特征、适宜反应条件、共存物质的影响及实际样品的测定。结果表明,方法用于药物及人体尿液中的测定,加标回收率为98.51%~102.5%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~2.6%(n=5)。
In alkaline solution at pH=9.34,aztreonam reacts with victoria blue B to form an ion association,which led to a distinctly enhanced resonance light scattering(RLS)and the appearance of new resonance light scattering spectrum.At the maximum scatter peak of 370 nm,the mass concentration of aztreonam in the range of 0.003 to 0.52 mg/L showed a good linear relationship with the system’s RLS enhancement intensityΔIRLS,and the detection limit was 0.0023 mg/L.The characteristics of resonance light scattering spectra of aztreonam and victoria blue B,the suitable reaction conditions,the influence of coexisting substances and the determination of actual samples have also been studied.The developed method was applied to the determination of aztreonam in medicine and human urine,and the recoveries were 98.51%-102.5%with the relative standard deviations of 1.8%-2.6%(n=5).
