矿业城市转型风险分析

Analysis of transformation ventures of mining city

针对矿业城市转型所引发的经济增长缓慢、贫困失业等转型风险问题,分析了转型风险产生的原因,即由于转型所引发的一系列制度、体制变迁、经济体系的破解与重建,并由此产生转型风险。研究结果表明,要想有效的防范与规避此类风险,必须分析风险的成因、来源以及表现形式,进而达到在转型过程中降低或消除这些风险因素的目的,使得转型风险得到有效防范。研究结论能使矿业城市以较小的经济、社会代价顺利完成转型,使得矿业在新的、合理有序的经济、社会体系下健康发展,重新焕发城市的生机。

According to problems of economic regression and poor induced by conversion of the mining city, analyzing the cause of its conversion ventures existent due to that reforming in a series processes of systems vicissitude, economic system collapse and rebuild arouse problems such as the economy to grow slowly、impoverished unemployment phenomenon increasing and so on, and come into being conversion venturec by it. It is indicated that if we want to effectively keeping away and evade the ventures, we must analyze the causes of formation、origins and representation-forms, and achieve the purpose of receding or eliminating these ventures in the process of reforming, enable the conversion ventures to obtain the effective guard, make the mining city conversion smoothly complete by the small economy and social price, enable the mining city healthily grow below the new and reasonable-orderly economy、social system and vitality of the city.
