Mobility management in GPRS

为了使移动用户不必通过拨号专门的ISP即可收发E-mail和浏览web页,通过在现有GSM网络增加网络节点和建设分组数据网实现GPRS业务,客户只需在笔记本电脑或PDA中插入GPRS网卡和专用的数据SIM卡,不依靠任何其他外设,就可实现无线上网GPRS的移动性能管理使图片、话音和视频的多媒业务成为现实。

In order to make mobile customers send and receive E-mail and glance over internet, it can add node over GSM net to construct Packet Swich net .The customers can get access to Internet only by depending on putting GPRS card in note computer, without other equipment. The paper briefly discusses technological and logic of professional work of GPRS ,and its motive managements functions, also provides some technogical references for the development of GPRS system.
