摘要
针对民营企业在具有一定规模时,向现代化企业发展过程中,因其家族式管理模式自身存在的局限与不足。导致企业进一步发展受到制约的现实问题,提出,民营企业必须逐步淡出家族式管理,吸纳社会资本,实现专业化管理,建立规范化的经营管理机制,从而保持住自身的竞争优势,提高企业的应变能力,才能实现企业走向持续发展的道路。
Family management of the civilian-run enterprises has its own limitations and deficiency for the modernization and the further development of the enterprises when the civilian-run enterprises are large-sized. To solve this problem, a constructive strategy has been proposed that the civilian-run enterprises should phase-out the family management, absorb the social capital and employ the specialized management so as to gain the competition advantage, improve the adaptability for emergency, thus fulfilling the persistent development.
