摘要 为解决井下调节风窗流场测不准的问题,采用粒子图像测速仪(PIV)测速的方法,对巷道调节风窗流场进行实验测试研究.研究结果表明:瞬态流场有复杂的漩涡结构,且速度随时间不断发生变化,但基于统计平均的时均流场呈现出较规则的分布结果,调节风窗前巷道风流速度呈平滑直线分布,调节风窗后隅角存在一个规则而完整的贴近壁面的回流区.传统的接触式定点流速测量技术因自身精度限制导致不能真实反映井下瞬态流场分布特征,而PIV测速技术能够实现非接触全流场瞬态速度测量,可作为研究矿井通风调节风窗及其它较为复杂风流流场的实验测试手段. In order to solve the problem of inaccurate measurement of the flow field in the underground regulating wind window, Particle Image Velocimetry(PIV) was used to test the flow field of the tunnel. Experimental test results show that the velocity of the transient flow field varies with time, but the mean time averaged flow field is more regular. The velocity vector streamline in the front of wind window is substantially smooth and straight, which has little effect on the flow field. Behind the wind window under corner there is a regular and complete the recirculation zone close to the wall. The traditional contact point velocity measurement technique is limited by its own precision, which leads to inaccurate measurement and can't reflect the distribution characteristics of the transient flow field. However, PIV technology can realize the non-contact measurement of flow velocity, which can be used as a study of mine ventilation and more complicated experiments of airflow.
