摘要
为探索提高汽车的侧碰安全性及整车轻质性、环保性和舒适性的新途径,以某轿车B柱为原型,以轻量化为约束条件设计了泡沫铝复合结构汽车B柱;应用有限元仿真分析方法对两种汽车B柱的静态特性、动态特性和侧碰安全性进行研究,并将结果进行对比分析.结果表明:泡沫铝复合结构汽车B柱在满足静态性能要求的基础上,可以有效地提高汽车的轻质性,动态性和侧碰安全性,可作为提高汽车环保性、安全性和舒适性的新途径.
To explore the new ways of improving the side impact safety,environmental protection,comfort of the vehicle and reducing the car weight,a B-pillar of foamed aluminum composite structure is designed by taking a B-pillar as the prototype.The static characteristics,dynamic characteristics and side impact safety of these two kinds of automobile B-pillars are studied by using the finite element simulation.The results of comparing show that the B-pillar of foamed aluminum composite structure can improve the light quality,dynamic and side impact safety of the car effectively,which can be used as a new way to improve the environmental protection,safety and comfort.
