丙酮试剂溶浸煤体结构损伤规律实验研究

摘要 为研究丙酮试剂对煤体表面及内部结构损伤规律的影响,以阜新五龙矿煤样为研究对象,通过红外光谱仪扫描、激光共焦显微镜扫描、静态水润湿角及煤样膨胀率等实验,探讨丙酮试剂浸泡前后煤样的物理化学性质改变.结果表明:浸泡煤样后,煤体内部有-OH、-CH_3、酚C-O、醚键等化学键断裂,煤样产生裂隙,且裂隙宽度随浸泡时间延长而拓宽增大,煤样的润湿性显著提高,体积发生明显膨胀,且膨胀过程分为加速、稳定和衰减三个阶段.因此,丙酮试剂可改变煤体物理化学特性,促使瓦斯渗透、运移,有效增大煤炭开采的安全系数,降低扬尘. In order to study the effect of acetone reagent on the surface and internal structure damage of coal, the coal samples of Wulong Mine in Fuxin were studied by infrared spectroscopy, laser scanning confocal microscopy, static water wetting angle and swelling rate of coal samples, then the physical and chemical properties of coal samples before and after immersion were studied. The results show that there are some chemical bonds such as-OH,-CH3, phenol C-O, ether linkage in the coal sample after coal soaking, the coal sample produces cracks, and the width of crack widens with the increases of the soaking time. With the significant increase of the coal sample wettability, the volume is obviously expanded, and the expansion process is divided into acceleration, stability and attenuation three stages. Therefore, the acetone reagent can change the physical and chemical properties of coal to promote gas permeability and migration, which effectively increases the safety factor of coal mining and reduces the dust.
