摘要 为解决绿色施工过程中存在的"信息孤岛"、专业协同性差等问题,基于BIM技术对演马庄西站深基坑大尺寸预制混凝土复合桩绿色工艺进行研究.运用Revit构建地铁车站BIM模型;基于Navisworks对预制复合桩进行可视化交底和4D进度模拟分析,重点对该施工过程进行碰撞检测分析.通过模拟仿真发现,已有设计中该车站侧墙的钢筋与钢筋接驳器、挖掘机和支撑存在硬碰撞问题,在施工前深化设计,采取优化布筋和调整架设支撑方案,减少二次返工.研究结果表明:通过BIM技术与绿色施工的有效结合,该段复合桩施工工期对比传统施工工期的132 d,缩短近1/3的工期,减少成本53万.该成果验证了BIM技术与绿色施工结合的可行性与优越性,为信息化施工提供新思路. In order to solve the problems of information isolated islands and poor professional collaboration in the green construction process, the BIM technology was used to study the green process of large-size precast concrete composite piles in deep foundation pits of the Yanmazhuang west station. Firstly, Revit is used to construct the BIM model of the subway station. Then, based on the Navisworks, the bottom of the prefabricated composite pile is visualized and 4 D schedule simulation is analyzed, and the emphasis is on collision detection analysis during the construction process. Through simulation, it is found that there are hard collisions between the reinforcements of the side walls of the station and the steel bars, excavators, and supports in the existing design. It is recommended to deepen the design before construction, adopt optimized reinforcement, and adjust and erect the supporting scheme to reduce the second time rework. The research results show that through the effective combination of BIM technology and green construction, the construction period of the composite pile is 132 days shorter than that of the traditional construction period, shortening nearly one-third of the construction period and reducing the cost of 530 000. This result verifies the feasibility and superiority of the combination of BIM technology and green construction.
