工业分析指标对煤尘云最低着火温度的回归预测 被引量:4

摘要 为研究煤尘工业分析指标与最低着火温度之间的定量关系,选用了10种不同煤质的煤样,利用双炉全自动工业分析仪和粉尘云最低着火温度测试仪对10种煤样的空干基水分、空干基灰分、空干基挥发分、空干基固定碳和煤尘云最低着火温度值进行测定,通过主成分分析和多元线性回归分析的方法建立数学模型,预测煤尘云最低着火温度.结果表明:工业分析指标之间具有高度相关性,进一步得到煤尘云最低着火温度值预测方程,经过实例预测得到回归方程的平均相对误差为5.56%,对回归方程进行显著性分析,结果显示,回归效果显著,该方法可用于煤尘云最低着火温度值的预测. In order to study the quantitative relationship between the analysis indexes of coal dust industry and the minimum ignition temperature of coal dust clouds,10 kinds of coal samples with different coal quality were selected.The moisture,ash,volatilization,fixed carbon of air dry base and minimum ignition temperature of coal dust clouds in the 10 kinds of coal samples were measured by using the double furnace automatic industrial analyzer and the dust cloud minimum ignition temperature tester.The minimum ignition temperature of coal dust cloud is predicted by principal component analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The results show that there is a high correlation between industrial analysis indexes,and the prediction equation of minimum ignition temperature of coal dust cloud is further established.The mean relative error of regression equation is 5.56%through case prediction.A significant test of regression equation shows that the regression effect is significant.This method can be used to predict the minimum ignition temperature of coal dust cloud.
