耦合作用下高粘沥青老化性能的非线性预测 被引量:1

摘要 为解决高粘沥青热氧老化预估研究不足的问题,选用辽河90~#沥青,国产OLB-1型高粘改性剂制备高粘改性沥青.采用旋转薄膜烘箱对高粘改性沥青进行短期老化,测试不同高粘改性剂掺量下的软化点、针入度、5℃延度.研究结果表明:通过试验结果建立非线性高粘沥青老化方程,能够精准预测高粘沥青经任意时间和任意掺量老化后的性能指标.通过层次分析法确定出指标权重,以灰色关联度作为评判准则,选出抗老化性能优良的改性剂掺量.研究结论突破了高粘沥青在时间与掺量耦合作用下的老化研究,有助于对沥青抗老化性能的评价和预测. In order to solve the problem of insufficient research on the prediction of thermal aging of high-viscosity asphalt,Liaohe 90~#asphalt and domestic OLB-1 high-viscosity modifier were used to prepare high-viscosity modified asphalt.The high-viscosity modified asphalt was subjected to short-term aging using a rotating thin-film oven to test the softening point,penetration and 5℃ductility of different high-viscosity modifiers.The research results show that the nonlinear high-viscosity asphalt aging equation can be established by the test results,which can accurately predict the performance index of high-viscosity asphalt after aging at any time and arbitrary dosage.The weight of the index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and the gray correlation degree is used as the criterion to select the modifier dosage with excellent anti-aging performance.The research conclusion breaks through the aging study of high-viscosity asphalt under the coupling of time and dosage,which is helpful for the evaluation and prediction of asphalt anti-aging performance.
