摘要
建立了白酒中柚皮苷二氢查耳酮和新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮的高效液相色谱检测方法。以甲醇-水为流动相,在CNW Athena C18-WP色谱柱上分离检测,检测波长选取282 nm。结果表明,柚皮苷二氢查耳酮和新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮在0. 1~20 mg/L内具有很好的线性关系,相关系数r均为0. 9999,柚皮苷二氢查耳酮与新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮的定量限分别为0. 0249 mg/kg和0. 0291 mg/kg。方法的加标回收率为93. 4%~96. 0%,相对标准偏差为0. 7%~1. 8%。样品在室温下放置48 h稳定性良好。该方法可用于白酒中柚皮苷二氢查耳酮和新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮的日常检测。
A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was developed for simultaneous determination of naringin dihydrochalcone and neohesperidin dihydrochalcone in white spirits.Analysis was performed with a mobile phase of methanol-water solution using HPLC system equipped with a CNW Athena C18-WP column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)and the detection wavelength was 282 nm.The results showed that naringin dihydrochalcone and neohesperidin dihydrochalcone had good linear relationship(r=0.9999)in the range of 0.1-20 mg/L.The limit of quantification of naringin dihydrochalcone and neohesperidin dihydrochalcone were 0.0249 and 0.0291 mg/kg,respectively.The recoveries of the method ranged from 93.4%to 96.0%.The relative standard deviations ranged from 0.7%to 1.8%.The sample showed good stability under room temperature for 48 hours.This method can be used for the routine determination of naringin dihydrochalcone and neohesperidin dihydrochalcone in white spirit.
