摘要
羧酸酯酶是丝氨酸酯酶大家族的一员,它们主要是对脂类物质起水解作用,其活性直接与许多的疾病相关,人体中主要存在人羧酸酯酶1和人羧酸酯酶2。因此,在检测酶活性方面受到了广大研究者的青睐。传统的检测方法过程繁琐,费时费力,设备昂贵,检测不出酶的活性。近年来荧光探针技术成为测量生物样本中人羧酸酯酶1、人羧酸酯酶2真实活性的实用、敏感、高选择性、高精确度的检测方法。本文主要针对近年来用于检测酶活性的荧光探针进行总结。
Carboxylesterase is a member of serine esterases superfamily,where hCE1(Human carboxylesterase 1)and hCE2(human carboxylesterase 2)are mainly present in humans,which hydrolyzing activities are directly related to many diseases.Therefore,it has been favored by researchers in detecting enzyme activity.Traditional detection methods are cumbersome,time consuming,labor intensive,and also cannot detect enzyme activity.In recent years,fluorescent probe technology has become a main method to measure the true activity of hCE1 and hCE2 in biological samples,because of its practicability,sensitivity,highly selectivity and highly accuracy.In this review,fluorescent probes used to detect enzyme activity in recent years were mainly summarized.
