Determination of sulfate inlithium rich manganese based cathode material

摘要 采用固相萃取柱银柱和钠柱去除干扰离子,建立了富锂锰基正极材料中SO42-的色谱检测方法。。在最佳工作条件下,SO42-质量浓度在0~100 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,加标回收率为95. 0%~104. 8%,相对标准偏差4. 1%。方法适用于富锂锰基正极材料中质量分数为0. 1%~1. 5%SO42-含量的测定。 A method was established for determining sulfate ion in lithium rich manganese based cathode material by ion chromatography.Sulfate ion was separated from a great quantity of chlorine ion on anion exchange by using Ag and Na solid phase extraction column(SPE).The chromatographic analysis was established with simplified sample preparation.Under optimal experimental conditions,the linear range of sulfate ion was 0-100 mg/L.Standard addition recoveries were 95.0%-104.8%.The RSD was 4.1%.This method could be served for determination of sulfate ion content with mass fraction of 0.1%-1.5%in lithium rich manganese based cathode material.
