日化香精中10种香豆素类物质的高效液相色谱法测定及质谱确证

Determination of 10 kinds of coumarin and its derivatives in daily fragrance by high performance liquid chromatography and verification by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry

摘要 采用碱性甲醇超声萃取香豆素类物质,经C18柱分离,二极管阵列检测器测定,建立了高效液相色谱法测定日化香精中10种香豆素类物质含量的方法,并采用液相色谱-质谱法对疑似香豆素类物质阳性样品检测结果进行质谱确证。结果表明:质量浓度在5. 0~200. 0μg/mL范围内,10种香豆素类物质具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(r2)在0. 9996~0. 9998;方法检出限为0. 10~0. 85 mg/kg,定量限为0. 35~2. 80 mg/kg;加标回收率为89. 7%~99. 1%,相对标准偏差为0. 9%~4. 8%。方法可为日化香精中香豆素类物质的检验检测提供技术方法。 Ultrasonic extraction of coumarin and its derivatives by alkaline methanol was carried out by C18 column separation and diode array detector.The content of 10 kinds of coumarin and its derivatives in daily fragrance was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The results of positive samples of suspected coumarin and its derivatives were confirmed by mass spectrometry by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that the linear range of coumarin and its derivatives were from 0.5 to 200.0μg/m L,with the correlation coefficients from 0.9996 to 0.9998.The detection limits were from 0.10 to 0.85 mg/kg and the limits of quantification were from 0.35 to2.8 mg/kg;the recoveries were from 89.7%-99.1%with the relative standard deviations from0.9%to 4.8%.This method can detect coumarin and its derivatives in daily fragrance.
