摘要
萘酰亚胺具有刚性平面结构和大π键共轭体系,可以作为很好的发色团,而且4号位点具有较高的化学活性,很容易和其他化合物反应,为该类荧光探针分子的多样化提供了保障。如今萘酰亚胺在荧光探针方向的发展越来越成熟,其在环境污染检测以及医疗上疾病的检测和预防方面都具有灵敏度高、选择性好的特点,因此,受到科技工作者的青睐。近年来,越来越多的具有不同用途的荧光探针分子被合成出来。本文对近年来不同种类的萘酰亚胺类荧光探针分子进行了总结和分类。
Naphthalimide can be widely used as a good chromophore because of its rigid planar structure and largeπbond conjugated system.Moreover,the 4-position in naphthalimid has high chemical activity which can easily react with other compounds.These features provids a guarantee for the diversification of such fluorescent probes.Nowadays,with the development of naphthalimide,it was used in environmental pollution detection and medical disease detection or prevention with high sensitivity and good selectivity.In recent years,more and more fluorescent probe molecules have been synthesized and researched in various application fields.In this paper,the summarization and classification of different naphthenymides probes were introdused in recent years.
