固相萃取-全二维气相色谱-飞行时间质谱法分析表征煤直接液化循环溶剂中的氢化芳烃 被引量:7

摘要 建立了固相萃取-全二维气相色谱-飞行时间质谱(SPE-GC×GC-TOF MS)分析表征煤直接液化循环溶剂中的氢化芳烃的分析方法。固相萃取小柱将循环溶剂分离为饱和烃部分和芳烃部分,芳烃部分用GC×GC-TOF MS分析。结果表明:固相萃取方法可以有效的将循环溶剂中的饱和烃和芳烃分离,减少饱和烃组分对氢化芳烃定性的干扰;GC×GC-TOF MS法相比于传统的一维气相色谱-质谱具有较高的分离度,能提供数倍的峰容量。通过定性分析,共鉴定出417种氢化芳烃。该方法为煤直接液化循环溶剂中氢化芳烃的分析表征提供了一种有效的分析方法。 A method for analysis of hydrogenated aromatic hydrocarbons in coal direct liquefaction cycle solvent was developed using solid phase extraction-comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography coupled with time-of-flight mass spectromenry(SPE-GC×GC-TOF MS).The cycle solvent was separated into saturated hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons by solid phase extraction(SPE),and then the aromatic hydrocarbons were analyzed by comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography coupled with time-of-flight MS(GC×GC-TOF MS).The results indicated that the SPE could effectively separate the saturated hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons in the cycle solvent,reducing the interference of saturated hydrocarbon components on the qualitative determination of hydrogenated aromatic hydrocarbons.And compared with traditional one-dimensional gaschromatography-mass spectrometry,GC×GC-TOF MS provided several times of peak capacity.Under the optimal conditions,417 kinds of hydrogenated aromatic hydrocarbons were identified.This method provides an effective analytical method for the analysis and characterization of hydrogenated aromatic hydrocarbons in coal direct liquefaction cycle solvent.
