摘要
研究了GQDs与CdTe量子点(CdTe QDs)作为荧光探针对微量Cu2+检测的协同作用。采用水热法制备CdTe QDs溶液,将GQDs和CdTe QDs预混合,该混合量子点溶液对Cu2+具有较强的荧光猝灭效应。研究显示,GQDs可均匀分散在CdTe QDs溶液中,GQDs不影响CdTe QDs溶液的荧光性能,Cu2+可以更好地猝灭量子点混合溶液,两者相互作用30 min可以达到最佳猝灭效果,该混合溶液Stern Volmer荧光猝灭方程在Cu2+浓度为1~100μmol/L范围内表现出良好的线性关系,斜率是单独使用CdTe QDs溶液的2. 47倍。Cu2+可以将两种QDs结合,形成CdTe+-Cu-G+复合物,GQDs在Cu2+猝灭CdTe QDs的荧光过程中起到协同作用。
In this study,the synergistic effect of GQDs and CdTe QDs was employed as fluorescent probes for the trace determination of Cu2+.Firstly,CdTe QDs solution with favourable fluorescence properties was prepared by hydrothermal method.Then,GQDs and CdTe QDs were premixed,and the product can be quenched by Cu2+.Experiments showed that GQDs can evenly disperse in CdTe QDs solution,and remain the fluorescence properties of the solution.However,Cu2+can quench the fluorescence of the CdTe QDs solution,and the optimal interaction time is 30 min.The fluorescence quenching Stern Volmer equation of the mixed solution showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 1-100μmol/L of Cu2+,the slop rate is 2.47-fold to that produced by using CdTe QDs solution.Results indicated that the fluorescence quenching process was a kind of static quenching.Cu2+can combine GQDs and CdTe QDs simultaneously to form CdTe+-Cu-G+complex.GQDs plays a synergistic effect in the quenching procedure.
