摘要
通过交联剂3-巯基丙酸(MPA)包被的Mn掺杂ZnS量子点(Mn:ZnS QDs)与胰蛋白酶(Trypsin)结合,制备了量子点-胰蛋白酶(QDs-Try)纳米磷光探针。基于MPA包被的M n掺杂ZnS量子点的室温磷光特性,构建了一种可快速简便测定头孢吡肟(CFPM)的方法,方法的线性范围是0. 1~36μmol/L,检出限0. 03μmol/L。且采用磷光模式检测消除了荧光模式下的背景干扰,用于人尿液样品中CFPM的检测,加标回收率在97. 2%~101. 1%之间。
Quantum dots-Trypsin(QDs-Try)nano-phosphorescence probes were prepared by combining3-mercaptopropionic acid(MPA)capped Mn doped Zn S quantum dots(Mn:Zn S QDs)with trypsin.Based on the phosphorescence features of MPA capped Mn doped Zn S quantum dots,a novel rapid and convenient determination method for cefepime(CFPM)was constructed.The linear range of this method was 0.1-36μmol/L with the limit of detection of 0.03μmol/L.Phosphorescence detection mode eliminated background the interference in fluorescence mode and detected CFPM in human urine samples successfully.The recoveries ranged from 97.2%to 101.1%.
