液相色谱-质谱联用对美容整形材料奥美定的快速检测

摘要 针对医疗整形材料奥美定鉴定困难的问题,通过对奥美定样品化学降解条件的优化和色谱及质谱分析条件的确立,建立了高效液相色谱质谱联用技术快速鉴定奥美定的方法。采用Fenton试剂降解样品的最佳条件为:Fe2+浓度为100 mg/L、H2O2浓度为400 mg/L,反应温度55℃、反应时间30 min,pH 3. 0。降解产物经反相液相色谱分离后,收集目标峰依次进行一级和二级质谱分析,经二级质谱产生的m/z为55. 11,44. 19和27. 40碎片离子可以确定降解产物中丙烯酰胺单体的存在。该方法线性范围和检出限分别为50~5000μg/L和9. 71μg/L,可用于医疗整形材料奥美定的快速鉴定。 To solve the problem of difficulty in identifying amazingel for medical orthopedic materials,a method for the determination of amazingel by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS)was established by optimizing the chemical degradation conditions of amazingel samples and establishing the conditions for chromatographic and mass spectrometric analysis.The optimum conditions for the degradation of samples by Fenton reagent were 100 mg/L Fe2+,400 mg/L H2 O2,reaction temperature of 55℃,reaction time of 30 min and pH 3.0.After the degradation products were separated by reversed-phase liquid chromatography,the target peaks were collected and analyzed by primary and secondary mass spectrometry.The fragment ions m/z of the degradation products produced by secondary mass spectrometry were 55.11,44.19 and 27.40,which could confirm the presence of acrylamide monomer in the degradation products.The method had good reproducibility and high sensitivity.The linear range and detection limit of this method were 50-5000μg/L and 9.71μg/L,respectively,and can be used for the rapid identification of the amazingel in medical orthopedic materials.
