毛细管电泳检测技术专利状况分析 被引量:3

Analysis of patent status relating to capillary electrophoresis application

摘要 毛细管电泳作为一种强大的分离分析技术,近年来已在分析化学和生物化学领域显示出其特有的分离能力和极大的应用前景。随着人们对毛细管电泳技术潜能认识的逐渐加深,对毛细管电泳研究的投入也呈现出逐渐增长的趋势,由于不同检测方法均有其各自的特点和适应的分离模式、检测方法、以及相适应的待测物质,毛细管电泳检测各技术之间呈现并行发展的趋势,以高灵敏度、高分离选择性等特点已成为毛细管电泳检测技术研究与开发的重点并逐渐商业化。通过检索近五十年的毛细管电泳检测技术专利,在全面掌握国家及行业发展的现状及动态的基础上,整理了毛细管电泳检测技术的专利文献信息,对其专利申请趋势、技术领域构成、研究热点、技术发展趋势、及重要申请人等进行了分析梳理,为提升毛细管电泳检测技术研发、及商品化仪器出口规避侵权风险提供支撑。 Capillary electrophoresis(CE)has been widely applied as a separation technique in analytical chemistry and biochemistry,and showed unique separation ability and favourable application prospect.With deeper understanding of CE,further investigations on CE was carried out.Owing to different detection methods owning unique characteristics,adaptive separation modes and target substances,capillary electrophoresis showed a trend of parallel development among those technologies.The high detection sensitivity and separation selectivity has become the emphasis of CE research and development,which gradually transformed to commercial scale application.By retrieving capillary electrophoresis patents in last fifty years,and analyzing the current situation and development trend of the capillary electrophoresis industry,this paper comprehensively sorted out the existed patent information of the capillary electrophoresis.By overall studying the industry technology development trend,technology area construction,research hotspots and mature applicants,this paper aims at enhancing the technological innovation capability of commercial capillary electrophoresis equipments and excluding the risks of patent infringement.
