应用分子光谱法分析检测深海鱼油,建立了一种鉴定、鉴别深海鱼油新的测定方法。采用二维、三维荧光光谱法结合紫外一可见吸收光谱及其一阶导数图谱进行分析测定,鱼油图谱差异明显,指纹特征显著。本方法可以快速、准确鉴定深海鱼油的品种品质及其稳定性,重复性好,可为深海鱼油的质量控制提供参考依据。

A method for determination of fish oil using molecular spectrum was developed .Two di‐mensional fluorescence ,three dimensional fluorescence and UV spectroscopy were used for analyzing ,i‐dentifying the fish oil. The difference between the spectra of fish oil can be clearly identified ,and the char‐acteristics of fingerprint patterns are obviously exhibited. It provides a scientific reference for the quality control of the fish oil .
