摘要
建立了在线裂解-冷肼捕集-气相色谱/质谱联用技术分析桂花净油热裂解主要挥发性产物的方法。从桂花净油热裂解产物中共鉴定并半定量了46种主要挥发性成分,其中大部分成分为桂花净油原有特征香味成分原形转移而来,而原有成分中含量很高的高级脂肪酸棕榈酸与亚麻酸在热裂解测试产物中的含量极低或未检出,表明这两种成分可能发生了热裂解或转化生成了其它成分。本方法重复性较好,可满足桂花净油热裂解产物主要挥发性成分的分析测试要求。
46 volatile components from the pyrolysis products of Osmanthus absolute oil were identified and semi-quantified.The contents of palmitic acid and linolenic acid in pyrolysis products were very low or undetected,indicating that the two components might occur to produce other constituents.The method is good in reproducibility,can meet the requirements of analysis and determination of the main volatile components in the pyrolytic products of Osmanthus absolute oil.
