摘要
建立了采用超高效液相色谱法,快速同时测定环境空气中13种醛酮类化合物的检测方法。利用醛、酮类物质与DNPH(2,4-二硝基苯肼)反应生成腙衍生物的原理采集环境空气中醛、酮类化合物,样品通过超高效液相分离,二极管陈列检测,分离效果好,分析时间短,稳定性好。通过优化试验条件,方法在0.05mg/L~2.00mg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限为0.004μg/m3~0.014μg/m^3。空白样低浓度水平的加标回收率为70%~120%,精密度测定结果的RSD为0.07%~0.90%,并将该方法用于实际样品测定。
Sample collection principle is based on aldehydes and ketones in the air reacting with DNPH(2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine)to form a hydrazone derivative.The calibration curves of analytes showed a good linearity in the range of 0.05—2.00 mg/L with the correlation coefficients(r)between 0.9992 and0.9997.The limits of detection ranged from 0.004—0.014μg/m3 and the limits of quantitative ranged from 0.016—0.054μg/m^3.The average recoveries of spiked analytes were from 70%to 120%,the relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=6)were from 0.07%to 0.90%.The method is of easy operation,high recovery and stability.
