摘要
半自动生化分析仪是采用光电比色原理来测量体液中某种特定化学成分的仪器。蒙特卡洛法使用计算机软件进行计算,在日常的评定不确定度时,操作简单方便,准确度高。本文介绍了蒙特卡洛法评定半自动生化分析仪吸光度(0.5)示值误差的不确定度的方法。
Semi-automatic biochemical analyzer is an instrument based on the photoelectric colorimetric principle to measure a specific chemical composition in body fluids.The calculation of Monte Carlo method(MCM)is completed by computer software.In this paper,the uncertainty evaluation method used by MCM was introduced.
