摘要
聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)饮水桶已经成了日常生活的必须品,PC饮水桶安全问题也日益严重。针对PC材质饮水桶中掺杂回收料的现象,本实验通过反复熔融挤出模拟PC的回收过程自制回收料,对新料和回收料的各项物理化学性能进行了考察。结果表明:PC回收料的物理性能变差,游离酚类小分子物质增多,因此,使用PC回收料制备饮水桶,既要考虑其物理特性满足使用要求,还需要对其使用安全性进行评估。
In the present study,TGA,DSC,GPC,FTIR and GC/MS were carried out to investigate the differences between virgin and recycled PC materials.The recycled PC materials were prepared by multiple extrusion of virgin PC up to three cycles.With the increase of extrusion cycles,the molecular weight,decomposition temperature,glass transition temperature and mechanical strength were reduced.Meanwhile,the contents of the phenolic compounds in recycled PC materials were higher than those in the virgin PC.So not only the physical properties but also the safety performances should be taken into account when recycling the PC materials.
