Design and analysis of pipetting pump module for automatic liquid processing workstation

在全自动液体工作站中,移液模块是工作站完成液体处理的核心部件,本设计的一种新型移液模块,主要由基座组件,脱枪头组件和移液器三部分组成,在三维机械臂的协调控制下可以完成自动安装枪头、吸液、排液和脱枪头动作。最后,样机通过蒸馏水实验,对比吸液理论数据和实测数据验证此移液模块的精度符合设计和使用要求。

The pipetting pump module is mainly composed of three parts:The base component,the removing tips component and the liquid shifter.It is the core of automatic liquid processing workstation.It can automatically install the tips,suction liquid,release liquid and remove the tips under the coordination control of the three-dimensional mechanical arm.The distilled water experiment verified that its accuracy could meet the requirements of design and application.
