摘要
介绍西安南京铁路东秦岭隧道施工监理工作的几点体会。从监理工作制度、理顺和施工单位的关系、以质量控制为核心抓好控制重点、遵守职业道德铲除监理腐败、不断学习提高业务水平和政治素质等方面予以阐述 ,可供同仁们参考 ,借以相互交流 。
Some experience of construction supervision over East Qinling Super-long Tunnel is introduced from the aspects of supervision system, well-coordinated relationship between supervision unit and construction organization, taking quality control as the core of the supervision, observing professional ethics and getting rid of corruption in supervision, and keeping study to improve professional skills.
